What we do
We list and manage a small, curated set of properties, apartments, houses, and land, across Lagos. Every listing is verified before it goes live, and every price shown is the price you'd actually pay.
How we work
No hidden agents, no bidding wars. You browse, you save what you like, you ask a question directly through the listing, and we get back to you. That's the whole process.
Where we operate
Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, and Yaba today, with more neighborhoods added as our catalog grows.
A good listing tells the truth slowly, the light in the morning, the sound from the street, the walk to the nearest market, not just the square footage.

Stonefield & Co. is a portfolio demo, not an active real estate agency. It was built to show a full working product: an admin dashboard for managing listings, real user accounts, image uploads, and inquiry handling.
